    International Association for Adolescent Health (IAAH) 11th World Congress on Adolescent Health: Investing in Adolescent Health - the Future is Now will be held in New Delhi, India from 27-29 October 2017, hosted by MAMTA Health Institute for Mother and Child and the Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI) and with support of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. The Congress will combine clinical and public health perspectives, and present new approaches and best practices that can contribute to accelerated action for adolescent health and rights, both globally and with specific reference to India and the sub-region.

    Mr Ataur Rehman Program Manager project “Vihaan”
    Mr Ataur Rehman a postgraduate in Social Work from Jamia Millia Islamia possesses more than 12 years of working experience on Public Health issues especially HIV and TB . He started his career with CARE India in Uttar Pradesh .He has worked with technical Support Unit of NACO to support targeted intervention managed by Delhi SACS. He has worked as Senior Training Officer for STRC Delhi primarily responsible to build capacities of TI. He has done various consultancy assignments with different SACS and STRC of country. Major consultancy assignment includes DFID supported profiling study of targeted Intervention in 6 states of India at end of NACP-2, KHPT study in GB road, Assessment of LWS program from IMACS, Lead trainer for training Master trainers of various states on outreach planning an assignment with PHFI. Currently, he is working as Program Manager and managing Global Fund supported project “Vihaan” in 3 states of North India which supplements the Care support Treatment component of National AIDS control Program. Prior to this he has worked for 3 years on tuberculosis project named Axshya a global fund funded program in states of Delhi,Haryana and Rajasthan.He has been using his expertise in strengthening TB-HIV component, one of his work of TB-HIV was selected for presentation in World Lung Conference held in Paris, France in year 2013. His core skills include Program Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, Data Analysis, Capacity Building and Networking.

    Mr R. K. Singh Assistant Director (MIS)
    RK Singh earned his master’s degree in computer application (MCA) from Jorhat Engineering College (Dibrugarh University), Assam. He served for more than 18 years in the field of Information Technology and Information Systems. He has vast experience and knowledge of information system development life cycle, web mining, distributed systems, RDBMS, online system development & implementation and website development. He contributed his knowledge and experiences with various ministries and international developmental agencies in India and abroad like NACO, MoHFW, MoHUPA, MoTA, DFID, DBT Mission, MeitY, WHO, CDC, IPE Global, Crown Agents, ICF-GHK, Clinton Foundation, UNAIDS, USAID, NEC etc. He also contributed his knowledge of information systems and technology more than 6 years as an ‘Assistant Professor (CSE)’ with Nepal Engineering College, Kathmandu and Aptech Computer Education. In MAMTA he is responsible for online MIS development, implementation and maintenance. He is very proactive and active learner with the vision and purpose to dive organizational change. He has attended many national and international conferences & seminar organized by WHO, UNAIDS, NACO, CDC, ISTE, DFID on monitoring & evaluation. He was also trained on strategic management tools (Asian Epidemic Model, INPUT Software, Spectrum), geographic prioritization, identification of best suited interventions, resource needs estimation, cost effectiveness analysis; and monitoring and evaluation. He got trained by Cabinet Secretariat, GOI on RFD & RFMS and by Microsoft (India) on MS Office. He has also published 8 technical papers in national and international conferences/journals in the field of IT.
